My name is Laura Weihl and I am a Computer Vision Researcher at the IT University of Copenhagen, affiliated with the Pioneer Centre for AI.
My research sits at the intersection of Computer Vision, Reliable AI and Robotics. I am interested in visual anomaly detection, 3D reconstruction and navigation in underwater environments.
In 2026 I completed my PhD at the IT University of Copenhagen, supervised by Andrzej Wąsowski, Veronika Cheplygina and Bilal Wehbe, as part of a Marie-Curie Fellowship in the REMARO project.
